郵便番号、ご住所、宛先氏名を必ず明記してください(^-^)


　携帯電話からのメール、及び無料フリーメールアカウントからの申込メールに対しては、当方からご案内の返信をしても受信側メールサーバーがメールを受け付けてくれない場合があります。迷惑メール防止フィルターなどの設定をされている方はご注意ください。

また、メールアドレス欄の記入ミスにより返信不能になる場合があります。

　掲示板などで長期不在中などと掲示している時期を除いて、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭのご注文メールには遅くとも２日以内以内に返信差し上げております。　もしそれ以上経っても当方より何も連絡がないという場合は、上記のような状況下にある可能性が高いので、まことにお手数ですが今一度メールアドレスなどをよくご確認の上再送信してください。

　それでもなお、返信が来ない、という場合は双方のメールサーバ間の相性や、ブロードバンドルータなどのセキュリティ防壁、アンチスパム（迷惑メール防止フィルター）などによる障害だと思われます。これに対しては残念ながらこちらでは対処するすべがございませんので大変お手数ですがサーバやルータ、メール提供サービス会社のセキュリティの設定を変更していただくか、別のメールアカウントからもう一度申込をやりなおしてくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

I can't speak English, and therefore I use translation software,
and translate an email of English to Japanese.

Performance of translation software that I use is bad. :(
Therefore you must not use a vogue word and secret language for a sentence of an email.
It isn't translated precisely.

In addition, translation is difficult a sentence of long paragraph, a complicated sentence.
Want to ask you to write a plain sentence.

Even if it is a short sentence, it isn't translated well when there are a grammar mistake and a spelling mistake.

When my translation software wasn't able to translate your email well, I can't read your Mail.
As a result I can't write a reply of an email.:(


Attention.2
Because long time is necessary for translation, there is a case to need
considerable time to write an answer to an email of English.

Also, there is the case that I don't write a reply of an email at the time of being busy.
